Autodocs is a SaaS provider and does not draft, vet, or provide professional reviews of the documents generated.

Integrations and Availability: While we strive for maximum uptime, integrations with third-party tools (such as Google Sheets synchronization) depend on external API stability. We are not liable for external downtime, API deprecations, network latency, or data transmission failures caused by third-party systems.

Pricing Structures: Subscription plan fees, quota limits, and pricing for our document generation services are displayed clearly on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring or pay-as-you-go basis as specified during check-out.

Secure Financial Handshakes: All payments are processed through encrypted, certified third-party payment gateway channels. Autodocs does not store, see, or directly process your credit/debit card numbers or net banking passwords.

Cancellation Rules: Subscription renewals can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard. Once billing is finalized for a billing cycle, or once custom document quotas have been allocated and active generation has begun, the service fee becomes non-refundable.
